Dominante’s vocal quartets

A Dom­in­ante vocal quar­tet per­form­ance makes any event more mem­or­able! Per­form­ances are avail­able with mixed, female or male groups. In case a lar­ger group is pre­ferred, double or triple quar­tets can also be arranged. 

Dominante’s quar­tet rep­er­toire cov­ers romantic nation­al clas­sics, enter­tain­ing pop songs, funny drink­ing songs, sen­ti­ment­al ser­en­ades as well as heart­felt, wist­ful and pat­ri­ot­ic songs and sea­son­al rep­er­toire. The rep­er­toire con­tains songs in dif­fer­ent lan­guages and spe­cial requests are taken into account as much as possible.

The choir’s quar­tet man­ager puts togeth­er a group espe­cially for each per­form­ance book­ing, and assists with choos­ing the rep­er­toire, the num­ber of sing­ers, the length of the per­form­ance and oth­er details. A cap­pella performances

Dom­in­ante per­forms in dif­fer­ent types of con­certs, fest­ivals and events every year with its a cap­pella rep­er­toire. We usu­ally per­form with the whole choir, as a group of 60 sing­ers, but you may also inquire about per­form­ances with a smal­ler ensemble.

Dom­in­ante’s broad a cap­pella rep­er­toire provides music for all types of events and the per­form­ance rep­er­toire is always agreed upon in col­lab­or­a­tion with all parties. 

Over the years, Dom­in­ante has per­formed in dif­fer­ent types of cul­tur­al and cor­por­ate events. Addi­tion­ally, the choir has vast exper­i­ence in per­form­ing in state events and uni­ver­sity events such as gradu­ation cere­mon­ies and church ser­vices. Per­form­ances with orchestras

Orches­tral works play a prom­in­ent part in Dom­in­ante’s rep­er­toire, and there­fore Dom­in­ante is inter­ested in col­lab­or­at­ing with dif­fer­ent types of orchestras.

We reg­u­larly col­lab­or­ate with the Lahti Sym­phony Orches­tra, and in the past we have per­formed with the Finnish Radio Sym­phony Orches­tra, the Finnish Baroque Orches­tra, Lohjan kaupun­ginorkes­teri and the Hel­sinki Phil­har­mon­ic Orches­tra, among oth­ers.
